While it’s hard to limit myself (there were so many!), here are a few of my favorite projects from this past year:

TMS Sports Widget

Back in September, Tribune Media Services launched their awesome Sports Widget. I worked closely with TMS, providing designs and HTML/CSS prototypes that were passed along to the savvy programmers at NewsGator who wired it all up.

Duncan G. Stroik

I was grateful for the opportunity to work with cre8media on Duncan Stroik’s redesign. Built with ExpressionEngine (and a dash of AJAX), the finished site showcases Stroik’s beautiful work in an elegant design by cre8.

Radio Hour!!!!!

A great lesson learned this year: variety is the key to sanity. As a diversion to all of the coding (how many lines did I write?) I’ve done this year, I started producing a little radio show called Radio Hour.

The idea is very simple: an hour (give or take) of curated music you can subscribe to or just listen to at your desk during the workday. It’s a modest little project, but a reminder of how good it feels to call something your own.

I wish I had the time to list out all of the wonderful people I’ve worked with this year, but suffice to say it’s been great and I look forward to more in the coming year.
